A reminder that from 27 January, service alerts for Auckland Transport services will be communicated via the Auckland Transport app (https://at.govt.nz/bus-train-ferry/more-services/at-mobile-app) and website (https://at.govt.nz/about-us/news-events/service-disruptions/). AT service destinations are: Hobsonville, Half Moon Bay, Devonport and Gulf Harbour. The last day the MyFerry app will provide these service alerts will be Friday 26 January.
All other Fullers360 services including Waiheke and Rangitoto will continue to post service alerts on the MyFerry app as usual.
Once you have the AT Mobile App you can sign up for personalised alerts on your regular journeys. If you have further questions or need assistance with the AT app, please contact Auckland Transport’s customer care team.
